Cue The Shaq Rim-Rocking Highlights

The original Superman has retired his sneakers after a 19-year NBA career. He was in Orlando for 4 seasons from '92 to '96. The Magic as a franchise went from a little toddler to a full-grown beast of an adult under Shaquille O'Neal.

We reached the'95 Finals due in large part to the big man. Had Hakeem not been in his prime, and if Shaq had another year or two of experience under his belt, the result could have been different.

No matter how bitter we may be still to this day about him bailing out on our city, you have to respect the man's career and legacy as on of the best of all-time. Magic fans got to witness many memorable highlights. He destroyed 2 baskets:One in New Jersey and another in Phoenix.

Shaq began his rap and movie career in O-Town. The man knew how to entertain and you can't deny his charity work in this community. Let's see what he has up his sleeve for his official retirement press conference on Friday afternoon.

Farewell Shaq, there will never be another one of you again in basketball.
